All products have a six-month warranty. To receive a refund, send image of the product and a written explanation of the defect. There is no refund for a product that was burned, cut, chaffed or got dirty.

 

Each product can be returned within a month and receive a credit Voucher. If delivery is delayed beyond the due date you can get up to 30% discount on all-store products
